Who Can Play
Jokabet accepts only adult users (18 years of age or older) from countries where online gambling is legal. Responsibility for compliance with local laws lies with the player. The administration has the right to request documents to confirm age and suspend access if the necessary data is missing. The site is operated by Porkoverdera SRL, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica. Jokabet is operated by INVESTAN N.V., a company registered in Curaçao (#153108), which had applied for a Curaçao gaming license (#OGL/2024/1630/1008). Payments are processed by INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD (#HE 408497), registered in Cyprus, acting as a payment agent of INVESTAN N.V..
Games and Availability

Registration and Account
Registration on the site is required to participate in games and manage your account.

Deposit and Bets
The minimum deposit depends on the country and can be from 2 to 15 euros or equivalent in another currency. The maximum limit depends on the chosen method.
Depositing is possible only from personal payment means. If you use other people’s cards or wallets, your account may be frozen.
Bonuses
Bonuses may be granted at the discretion of the casino and are accompanied by individual terms and conditions. In case of withdrawal of funds prior to fulfillment of wagering conditions — the bonus and winnings on it will be canceled.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal of funds is subject to certain conditions and limits.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is from 50 to 120 € depending on the country;
- Maximum: 1 000 € per day, 3 000 € per week, 10 000 € per month. Winnings over 15 000 € are paid out in installments;
- Withdrawal is possible only after confirmation of identity and only to the same method from which the deposit was made.
Before withdrawal it is necessary to make at least one bet on the deposit amount (within the framework of measures to prevent money laundering).
Responsible Gaming
To support Responsible Gaming, you have the option to set limits on your losses or request self-exclusion. Once self-excluded, your account will be closed and the creation of new accounts will be restricted.
Dormant Account
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for 12 months. In this case, an administration fee of 10 € per month may be charged until the balance is completely zero.
Closing an Account
You can close your account by contacting our support team. In doing so, we may request re-verification and information about the origin of the funds. Upon confirmation — the remaining funds will be refunded less fees.
Liability and Limitations
The player is responsible for paying taxes in his country. The casino is not responsible for
- Losses;
- Technical failures/errors;
- Force majeure;
- Acts of third parties;
- Currency fluctuations.
The maximum liability of the casino does not exceed the amount of the bet that caused the dispute.
Anti-fraud
Jokabet strictly suppresses fraud attempts, multi-accounting, abuse of bonuses, use of bots and programs. In such cases, the account is blocked and winnings are canceled. The casino may also pass information to regulatory authorities.
Refunds
Refunds are possible only after providing all necessary documents. Bonuses and winnings are deducted before refund. Processing takes up to 7 business days.
Complaints
Complaints are accepted through the support service. If the issue is not resolved — you can contact the licensing authority listed on the site. In case of a dispute, server log data has priority.
Intellectual Property
All content of the site is protected by copyright and can be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any copying, modification, distribution without permission is prohibited.
